When does this new rule where you have to give the authorities the address of where you are staying.

And as usually Virgin website will not let me do anything due to our booking showing 6 flights, (ONLY GOT 4), but due to flight times changing it shows we have 6

If we are going in April do they need to know before we fly, and how can i give them the information, will the travel agent be able to do it for us.

Yes the details of first night stay are needed now. Best bet if you cannot do this online is to give the details when you checkin at the airport, they will not let you board without anyway so easy enough to do at the airport.

I think the requirement came in on the 9th March, but as Claire says, it's simply a requirement before you fly, so you can give the details at check-in if you aren't able to do it before.

If you use the Virgin on-line checkin you can enter the advanced passenger information at the same time.
