My friends mom was taking my friend and I to McDonalds. We were driving around to go park when a worker just stared at us. like followed the car staring at us. My friend went into Mcdonalds to get some sauce and he was in there and he said 'Hola' when she came in. We dont know spanish and he started to talk in spanish to the 2 other people at the front desk. My friend knows a little and she made out that he called her fat, ugly and girl. well she got back in the Van upset and we went to drive off when we looked into mcdonalds and he FLICKED US OFF. We did NOTHING to him. So her mom called and complained. I am very dissapointed

Best way to deal with it is to take your money and spend it somewhere else. You could also email corporate and tell them that and why.

EMail there corprate headquarters!! My mom works at Mc.Donalds (part time, to help pay for her car) and this behavior is NOT tolarated. According to the employment manual he could be writen up, suspended or fired.

Definitely write the corporate headquarters. If the store is a franchise, find out who the franchisee is. Most fast food places that are should have a sign inside with the name of the company and a contact number/address. If the store is a corporate store, you might get better results a little lower on the chain, like the district manager.

In any event, I can't imagine the franchisee or the DM tolerating that behavior. Have dates, times of day, the name of the person or a description available (if you don't have the name, then the date, time, and description can narrow down who it is).
