LET IT GO. Geez.
Now where are some more rude behaviour stories? I liked them.
Another way to do it is to go to your User CP, go to Buddy/Ignore Lists (found at the bottom of the left hand sidebar), add the person's username to the ignore section (best to copy/paste the user name so you don't accidentally get it wrong) and click on "Save List."Its a lovely little feature isn't it. Sometimes it is hard to find depending on the board you are on. I noticed on here (for those who dont know) if you click on the person's name in a post it will bring up a dropdown list. Go to public profile. If that person has the neat My Space kind the top left bar will have a link to their DISprofile. Click that and when the original profile comes up there will be a bar under their avatar. On the right is a link for ignore. Make sure the box is checked and click save list.

So I go outside and tell DH that he has to finish shoveling the snow but he can now take his time
I go back in, have a cup of coffee, get me & the kids dressed and head outside. I grab the 2nd shovel and figure I'll "help" DH shovel. So I push several shovel fulls into the road. What do I care, the plow will push it back up further down the street
No big deal.
Get ready for work and jump in the car. I go about 10 in a 40 zone with my left blinker on and then I take a wide right turn into the coffee shop. I go in and get my coffee & paper and use up all the pennies from the penny dish to help pay for my coffee - thats what it's there for right?
Had to have the guy ring everything up separately even though there was a line and he was the only 1 open because I didn't know if I had enough cash for all of it.
So today was a loooonggg day for me. I got up called work and found out I didn't have to be there till 11:30 instead of 9:30So I go outside and tell DH that he has to finish shoveling the snow but he can now take his time

We finish shoveling, I go inside, fix just myself something to eat - DH can worry about himself and the kids laterGet ready for work and jump in the car. I go to work and pretend to stay busy so I don't have to wait on customers - let the other associates deal with it! Break time I walk down to Burger King and speedwalk through families dragging their feet in the mall - don't they know I only have 15 minutes! Jeez, you'd think they had lead in their shoes and PLEASE put your stinking child into a carriage so they aren't blocking everyone else! So I order my cheeseburger happy meal and customize it by adding different toppings (hey I can get it MY way!) and have them change the toy 3 times because I already have the ones they tried to pass off on me (how dare they!) I ask for 6 extra barbecue sauces - I like to dip my fries in it plus we're having chicken for supper so I have to think ahead! And I've decided to switch my beverage to regular coke instead of the diet I ordered and drank 1/2 of while waiting for my food because well if I'm going to cheat on my diet then I may as well go all the way and drink the real stuff![]()
After work I go to CVS to pick up a couple things - planning on a hot night! Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, if ya know what I meanHad to have the guy ring everything up separately even though there was a line and he was the only 1 open because I didn't know if I had enough cash for all of it.
I leave CVS and take a right on red cutting off the guy going through the green light well because he needed to slow down anyway, what does he think this road is the Indy 500! I splash some guy walking down the road by intentionally hitting that big puddle - boy did that make me laugh!!! I get home intime to see the guy next door trying to shovel out the 3 feet of snow left at the end of his walk by the plows - can't stand those darn plow guys, it's like the know it's your drive and they move more snow into it for ya to shovel![]()
Oh well, tomorrow is another day....I hope Burger King gets some new toys in tonight.

). Her toddler age daughter is with her, CLEARLY not feeling well. Before she came up to the counter, she had been talking to her little girl, calling her over, etc etc...referring to her by her name (I can't remember it now, but I'll just use the name "Jane"). As I'm ringing her up, woman turns to her DD and says "Jane, say hi to daddy" and the little girl says hi. Mom gets back on the phone and says "yeah we're at the Disney Store. Just got back from the doctor and he says little Jane here has strep throat and it's very contagious. But I still wanted to hit a few stores before going home because I didn't have a chance to get out much this week."
And people wonder why I've been getting sick so often....
I just can't imagine the person who would actually pull their pants down and do their business on the salesfloor of a retail store. Some people shouldn't be allowed out in public.
I just used antibacterial spray on myself and everything I could think of/remember that she touched (and took those items off the floor).Did you back away from her when she tried to hand you her money?![]()
Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine...We had someone go poo on the floor in our store yesterday.I just can't imagine the person who would actually pull their pants down and do their business on the salesfloor of a retail store. Some people shouldn't be allowed out in public.

Boy these stories take me back to my retail days. I guess my rude behavior story is one of not listening. I worked in a jewelry store. A customer came to the counter with a watch and a receipt and said the watch she bought from us did not work. I looked at the watch and her receipt and saw that everything was in order. So I asked her if she wanted her money back or would she like to exchange it for a new watch.
She said if I didn't take care of her problem she was going to shove the watch "in place where I don't normally wear a watch".
I told her that I was helping her by giving her the options I presented. I said I was going to work on some paperwork and when she was ready to discuss the situation rationally, I would be back to help her.
She apologized and explained that she was a postal worker and heard complaints all day and assumed I was just going to be the next person in her day to give her a hassle. She just assumed this and never listened to a word I said.
You've heard the joke before "what does it mean when the flag is at 1/2 mast at the post office? Answer: They're hiring"So today was a loooonggg day for me.
