I go to the parks quite often and see so many clueless people walking into the path of oncoming cars in the parking lot.
The CM's can't win. If something happened because someone was walking in the wrong place in the parking lot people would be posting that the cast member wasn't forceful enough!
I have to agree with this, kinda like the lifeguards. When you are dealing with people's safety, you can't always put on your happy face and say, "Would, you be so kind to move out of the path of oncoming cars, I know you are excited to be here but it can be dangerous."
I am not sure how you would be efficient without yelling, it is in the middle of a parking lot, car noise, etc. Maybe by yelling he saved some child from being serious hurt that day.
Is it really worth possibly costing this person their job.
