Ruby Tuesday's Low carb cheesecake....did you know

That you can order a whole cheesecake online. I found out from our waiter tonight what type of cheesecake it is. I figure at 5.00 for one piece at RT, I could buy a whole one a little bit cheaper. Now, does anyone know if you can freeze cheesecake?

I read on another board that the shipping charge is outrageous. Almost as much as the cake?

I love RT's cheesecake. DH and I treat ourselves to a slice when we've been "good" at a party and everyone has enjoyed their treats. We'll pick up a couple of slices and eat them at home later. I've even picked up a slice and taken it to a gathering to enjoy while everyone else had their sugary desserts.

Yummy stuff. I think I'd better not order a whole one. I might not be able to exercise self control. But it's nice to know that's an option. Thanks!

We used to order cheesecakes from Junior's they are located in New York. Go to www.qvc.com and search for either cheesecake or junior's cheesecake. I know last time I saw them on TV they had a low carb cheesecake.

We have ordered several (in the past) this way. Yes, you can freeze them (have 1 in the freezer right now). That way you can take out how much you need. They are very good! Shipping usually runs $9 to $10 dollars.

Whenever we went to NY we had an armload of orders for Junior's cheesecakes! Last time we set it up so they can ship them instead of us carrying them.

Wow, that shipping charge IS ridiculous. I'd rather drive up to RT and order the slices I want!

Wow...are you kidding about the shipping....thats one expensive cheesecake, I think i'll pay the price at RT. Albertsons grocery store is supposed to be an "Atkins" friendly store so I think I am going to check there tomorrow to see if they have any low carb cheesecake.
