Ruby Tuesday's- How many carbs in the mashed cauliflower?

Going to RT tonight with DH and friends. I looked at the menu on the internet and it didn't list any of the carb content.

I'm imagining that it is made with cream or milk? Hopefully cream. But I know some of you have had it.

Does the menu list total carbs?? I can understand why they don't list the prices on their website, but why not the carb content of stuff?

Oh well, can anyone help me?? Thanks
