One of my son's just finished culinary school and while he was attending he worked at Ruby Tuesday's. He is there now doing his internship and then he hopes to find a real chef's job instead of the heat and serve at Ruby Tuesdays. the only thing he gets to cook are the steaks and burgers, everything else is already cooked and he just microwaves it. Even the chicken and spagetti dishes come frozen and they put the plastic bag in the microwave.
But, I digress...
If you do go to Ruby Tuesday's, try the Lobster Ravioli. They are delicious.
They have to thaw them and they can only keep them for 2 days so my son has been bringing home about 30 every other night instead of tossing them out.
I like them with just butter, althoug they serve them with a nice alfredo sauce.
