RSR Planning Help!

We are heading to DL in December, and I believe during a slower time (Nov 28-Dec 7) because it seemed more mellow the past 2 years and was wondering how to go about riding RSR.

We have a MM to use and I know it's not good for early entry into DCA.

What time do they open the very first entrance into DCA?
What time should I be lined up to get in?
Straight to RSR or straight to FP?
Is there a rope blocking off the area like paradise pier?
And also, is there always an extra hour early pass for resort guests or is that a limited time? (Just so I'm not shocked about how many people are already in there or not) haha!

Any help would be great just so I could get an idea. Excited to see the new Cars Land! Instead of rushing straight to TSM... it's going to be RSR this year!!! Well, we are of course have to run with the bulls to TSM at least one morning!!!
