Hi, I booked with RS Transport to take us to the hotel in March. I sent an email request and they phoned me up the same day.
However when the sent the email confimation they had put the wrong airport.
I sent an email back with the correct details however I have not heard back.

Would the email back to confirm the correct details?
 
I think I'd be inclined to send another e-mail detailing your request and asking for a return e-mail as confirmation.

I used RS Transport and when they sent the confirmation e-mail it showed the wrong arrival time. I e-mailed back but didn't hear anything the next day so forwarded my e-mail again and then received an amended confirmation. I think I would forward your e-mail again.
 

I changed my return pick up time with them and they didn't reconfirm by email but did check when they picked us up. I would follow advice already given and ask for a new confirmation if it is for your journey from the airport though.
