Normally BS Transports are fairly good at replying - but as it's been several days it might be worth dropping them an email - complete with the details of your requirement - just in case the online form didn't get to them / mistake in your email address (?).
It took a few hours to get a reply from them when i booked in April and same when i sent a confirmation email a few days before we left in September (just to be sure everything was ok).
It might be worth to try again or send an email i think.
