Rrrrr---hate Snow!!!!!

I hate snow

I hate shoveling it

I hate the wetness

But what I mostly hate is having to dress 3 kids to go out in it. Now I have to go in the attic, dig out the snow pants and boots. Go in the closet and dig out hats and ski gloves.

Then they will all come in moaning how cold they are, and leave a trail of snow laiden clothing from my front door, on my hard wood floors and into my kitchen.

Then I will dry everything, only for them to tell me they want to go out AGAIN!!!!


So if any of you moms are like me lets bans together in a chorus of

I HATE SNOW I HATE SNOW

I hate it too! My kids have been out in it since 9AM!!! And have been back twice to dry off, warm back up and grab a quick snack. They are now going back out to partake in a snowball fight.

I hate the fact that I can't wear decent looking shoes if I go out! If I do, I'll end up on my butt!

I am absolutely, totally living in the wrong city. What WERE my ancestors thinking when they stopped HERE???

I'm a summer girl, or even better, an Orlando girl at heart.

I've just spent my entire morning digging out snow clothes, to hear a constant compaint of this is too tight, these are too big, these are too small. Now mind you one month ago I had them try on EVERYTHING! I said speak now or forever hold your peace. Of course they didn't really want to be bothered with worrying about if it fit or not, yaya, it's ok Mom. I even gave away a really nice pair of snow boots of my DD's, and now she is pitching a fit, she wants her old boots, even though she swore they were way too tight. What makes me mad is when you go out in the stores this weekend to look for boots, or pants or hats, they will be sold out for the SEASON. Forget it if your kid has a growth spurt in January! It's ridiculous.

I tell my kids, once you are in you are IN, so don't come in until you are ready.

I don't hate it, I just don't like driving in it! It seems like great ski snow. Really powdery, and fluffy!

I hate it too. Thankfully we only get about 1-3 days of snow a year & sometimes not at all.
