RPR will we be cramped

We stayed at PBh last year in a deluxe club room and throughly enjoyed it. We wanted to try somewhere different this year and initially booked a club room at HRH. We are a party of 5 with 3 children (coastergirls) . As we could only ask for a deluxe and there was no guarantee we cancelled the res and booked at RPR as I figured the girls would prefer it. I had emailed HRH to ask for a deluxe room and never got an aknowledgement. Figured I would have been disappointed if we hadn't gotten the bigger room.
Thing is we will only have the one shower in the bath and are beginning to panic thinking it will be a pain for the 5 of us to get ready.All concerned that we will be a bit cramped in the room.
Didn't like the fact that PBH had the club room on a different floor thought it would be better at RPR now I am swithering wether or not to cancel RPR and rebook PBH as it has the bigger room with the extra bed and a bath and shower.
Can anyone put my mind at rest.

Okay . . . here's my honest opinion: You will be too uncomfortable and cramped. Just my friend and I went in 2004 (just two of us) and I was very disappointed in the size of the room. I was so glad we were only there for 2 nights before moving over to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Even though the room is larger than a Disney Moderate, it didn't feel like it because the actual bathroom and sink area were much larger than a Disney Moderate - meaning the bedroom area was tighter and with Queen beds.

Portofino is a gorgeous resort and the rooms are wonderful. This October my family and I are going and we are going to try Hard Rock. At that point, I can profess to be an expert because I have stayed at all three.

I was originally booked for RPR, but just panicked over the small room and with four of us in it. DH loved Portofino, but thought it would be fun to try something different; even though I really wanted to go back there. I just don't see how you could go wrong with Portofino.

Finally decided to cancel RPR and rebook at HRH. I know the room won't be as big as deluxe club at PBH but it will be bigger than RPR.
We loved PBH but we didn't like the fact that we were quite a distance from the club room.
At least while girls and I are getting ready Dh can nip out to the club room and grab a coffee or cold drink.
Don't think I will tell anyone till nearer the time or they will still be pondering if we have made the right decision. Hard to believe a 5 year old could have an opinion but she does she has made me read all the info regarding the pools etc!!! She loved the pool at PBh last year so pool requirements were top of her list. With the eldest it was all to do with room size and bathroom space!!!!

You might want to get the HRH deluxe. With the extra pullout and a lot more extra space, the price might be worth it for you.

Although there are I think 4 deluxe club queen rooms you are unable to book them. This has been our problem all along. We have requested one but it is only a request they will not allocate one prior to our arrival.
We really love the club room or we would just have booked a deluxe queen anyway. Having done club last year the girls wanted to do it again . Found it really convenient to nip down have a coffee and a quick breakfast prior to going to the parks.
I have never seen the girls eat so much for breakfast . Normally I struggle to get the littlest to eat in the morning but she had a feast compared to normal.

Send the manager a nice email before you leave explaining that you are from Scotland and would really, really like the deluxe room on the club floor. It is certainly worth a try!!!
