We have an upcoming reservation at RPR Club Level for the first time.

For veterans, is there any particular room or floor/area/view you prefer?

To make a request, do you usually call or email ahead?

Thanks

we have stayed in room 3712 several times and loved it.

it has a park/pool view and is very close to the lounge.

All club level rooms at RPR are on the 7th floor, which is the floor that the Lounge is on, however sometimes when the hotel is sold out they put club level guests on the sixth floor, with 7th floor access. But right now that shouldn't be an issue. But it happens. Also, all club level rooms are located in the 3rd tower, which is the best location...closest to the pool and walkway to the parks, and pretty close to everything really. so you cant really go wrong!!!! As for the view...thats an opinion thing i think.

I just got back from RPR. Made my reservations early in the year. Checked in before noon and got stuck with club room reservations on floor 6. The check in person told me they had club rooms on floor 6 now also. If you get stuck on floor 6 make sure you call star service if you want the turn down service and robes. They were not in the room.

uggh.. I am so disappointed that they have greedily started adding Floor 6 to Club again. They did that do us once, and we hated it. It meant no turn-down, no robes, and carrying 2 keys (one for the room; one to get us to the club floor). Plus you had to go out of your way if you wanted something on your way out. We did complain and were able to move up to the 7th floor the next day. We used to stay RPR Club all the time and the staff knew us. When we got home, we filled out our survey saying never, ever put us on the 6th floor again, that it was a pain, etc. When we returned for our following visit to RPR Club, one of the folks we knew from the lounge had heard about our survey, and thanked us because we had helped them stop that practice, but it appears that was short lived. Bummer.

Thanks for the info; I'm going to request 7th floor.

Is there a particular view we should recommend?

Is it best to call them and/or email?

I was on the 7th floor and didn't have a robe. I called down and requested one, and they brought it up for me.

there are only 40 rooms on 7th floor.
the club lounge is large and due to that, less rooms on 7th.

i like floor 6, and have always had the robes and turn down service while staying at rph.
2 robes have always been in both closets when i have entered the room.

i have done club but still like to be placed on 6th floor and get the king suite.
perfect view, close to the elevators.

i find being on 6th with club access is much quieter.
less hallway noise from those going back and forth to the club lounge.

as i read thru this thread, apparently it is important to many of you to to have your room club level.

to me, it wasn't an issue.

We're going to be staying Club Level at RPH this December and I'm trying to figure out what view to request. What are the possible views from the club level rooms? Are there any parking lot views or are all the Club Level veiws good? I just want a good view of something, whether its the lagoon, theme park, or maybe a city view is better? Opinions?

Thanks!
