RPR Islands Restaurant

Ok unable to find post that i read about characters at this restaurant, while its not a character dinner ,some of them are at the restaurant on certain days, correct me please if i got it wrong, but if you are staying at RPR would you need to book tables when characters are there or do you get priority when staying at the hotel.
