RPR Concierge Not Checking Email?

It's been about a day since I emailed RPR about a question and still have not received so much as a read receipt. Is this normal or has someone there fallen asleep? I wouldn't be so anal but we're leaving tonight to check in.

Anybody know? Do they have a different email address now?
