RPR check in question

Is there a seperate desk for Loews members to check in? If you have the card and booked at a discounted rate and are not entitled to loews benefits can you still check in at the loews check in desk?

Is it quicker to check in at the loews desk?

Yes there is a separate check-in. It is located to the far right of the check-in desk. Normally it is quicker as the line is shorter. Although I have seen there be no line at the regular check in. I would still ask about the Loews benefits at check-in. Sometimes people get them but sometimes they don't. It won't hurt to ask.
