RPH hotel questions

I am planning on going for my first time in May and would like to plan on staying at the RPH. I have heard you can bring pets. I have a problem because my husband and daughter are allergic to cats and dogs. Any recommendations on where to stay at this hotel.

Any help would be great. Any good room ideas also.

when you book, let them know that.
pets are in tower 2
there are tower 1 and 3 available for you then

we stayed in tower 1--told the res. agent when we made the reservation that were allergic to cats. we never saw a dog or a cat while we were there--that includes the lobby, walkways, or any other place on the resort

That can happen, pets are in tower 2, and the dog walk area is on the side of the tower. So if you stay in tower 1 or 3, there is chance you would never see the pets. Here are some pictures of what it looks like.

really???

i have only see postings say it is in tower 2 only.

does anyone know about this?
i have allergies and requested tower 1 on the recommendation of others on the boards.

Only in very special circumstances do they allow pets in tower 1.
I had a room request in for tower 1, floor 7. But they told me that pets are in tower 2 and I'd have to speak with a manager if I really wanted it. I didn't want to fuss over it, so we took the room they gave us. But I'm sure if someone shows up (like a movie star or rich person), and makes a really big deal over it, they will get tower 1.
