RP full May 19-24

Does anybody know if there is a conference going on or something? I booked a king room a couple of weeks ago and was going to change to a room with two queens but out of luck. I'll cross my fingers that I will be able to change closer to to our arrival.

It is the night of the 23rd, 24th and 25th that there is no availability. There is ample availability before that. A conference must have block booked.

I'm booked for the 25-31 and have noticed the same thing. If I delete the 25th I have no problem getting a room. I'm not changing anyways.

some travel companies will book a block of rooms but release them if they have not sold them.

when you see no availabilty it is due to conferences or rooms being held by travel agencies.

a travel agency will release the rooms back to the hotel a good week prior.

check frequently for release of rooms if you want to switch to the queen beds.
