We have had trouble getting PS to breakfast at Cindrella's Royal Table and were thinking about doing the princess storybook breakfast as an alternate. We have never done either one. My husband really wanted to take the girls to Cindrella's castle but would settle for Epcot if he has to. Can anyone compare the two for me and let me know some info.

All I can tell you is that allearsnet.com has the menus for all the restaurants and tells the characters that appear. That should help some, but I've never eaten at either one.

We did both on our last trip. We definitely preferred Cinderella's Royal Table to Epcot, but if you can't get in there I would go for Epcot. The food was better at CRT, and the surroundings were a little neater if the girls are really into the castle theme. There are several princesses at both breakfasts. If you can't get in at CRT I think you would still definitely enjoy doing Princess Storybook as a second choice.

Hi, we too couldnt get CRT, and did Princess Storybook, my dd preferred eating at Princess Aurora's.. lol, I still hope to someday do CRT!!

For the dining, I didnt plan on how long it took me to get from the monorail to Norway, it was ok, they still had a table for us...

I loved the food, both dh and I love the all u can eat, the sausage was too spicy for dd, but she loved the caramel rolls!! So while she ate she could see the hallway the Princesses came down, we saw Snow White, Mulan, Jasmine, Belle, and Sleeping Beauty, I loved how they took time at each table, in our alcove there were 4 tables, and at first the young one at the first table was very anxious, but the cm came and reassurred them, so for us, that helped keep our dd calm, and eating bkfst!! Then when our PS was done, the park was open, I enjoyed it and will do it again!!

we are trying to get CRT for anytime Jan. 31st - Feb 4th and are not having any luck. Thanks for all the info

We have been to CRT several times, and love the food and character interaction. We will be going to the Storybook breakfast for the first time on our upcoming trip. I am looking forward to this new experience.

I know that it sounds a bit expensive, but here are a couple of suggestions.
As mentioned, you can book the Storybook breakfast at EPCOT. CRT also serves lunch, which is less expensive than dinner. Although there are no character at the meal, there is sometimes a character in the lobby. We say Cindrella last time we went for lunch. Lunch is off the menu, not a buffet. This way, at least you would be eating in the castle, although not for breakfast. The Grand Floridian also has Cinderella's Galla Feast dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare. So hopefully you will be able to see some of the princesses at at least one of these meals. Good luck, and have fun! :)

Hi angelsmom, I'm angel's momma. :D

We did both in Dec. We thought they were both nice, and the character interaction was about the same at both. Even though the menus are very similar, we thought the food tasted better at PSB. Overall we liked CRT best, but that was mainly because our server Sir David made it special. PSB is now doing lunch & dinner with the princesses too.
