If the price was the same...would you stay (with your family of six) at an AoA Nemo suite or Royal room at POR? My only concern with the Royal rooms is how far from the main building/food/buses, where as I would imagine Nemo suites are pretty close. While I haven't been to AoA yet (although you get a great idea with all the pics), I do love the atmosphere of POR....opinions?

A family of 6 can't stay in a Royal room, that would require 2 rooms. For my family, I would prefer one room (suite).

I prefer 2 rooms. We like having real beds. With 2 rooms you get 4 beds, with the Nemo suite you get one bed, one pull out and one pull down bed. Not enough comfortable sleeping for us. The room is primarily a place to sleep for us, though.

We are also a family of 6 and looked into both last year. It was about the same price for both, so we opted for the Royal Rooms. We were so glad we did. The walk was NOT a problem at all. The rooms were really nice and we were very happy with POR.

A friend of mine wen to AoA a few months later with her family of 5 and wasn't real thrilled with it. She said it was really "kiddie" but nothing special.

Our kids are older (18, 13, 11, 8) and we really preferred the POR more.

We've been trying to decide the same thing bec dd really liked the looks of both the Nemo and Royal Rooms. We decided to try AOA/Nemo for one night and then move to the Royal Rooms bec my kids decided that they liked having two separate rooms, bigger real beds, and they love the pools at POR/POFQ w/ the slides and the food court.

I was in a standard RR, so in the "back" of Oak Manor. The walk to the main building took maybe 5 minutes; 7 if I strolled. There's a hallway in the middle of the manor building so you can cut across to the front.
