Royal Plaza ?

My wife and I are taking a trip to disney in 2 weeks. We can stay at Royal plaza for a very good rate. We will not have a car and need to know as much as possible about the hotel such as: transportation, accomadations, and pool area.

My daughter and I stayed here in Oct. 2007. It was a very nice hotel..easy to get to DTD and the parks. My only dissatisfaction was with the hotel restaurant (oh so boring and blah food). The other thing is for the price I may as well have stayed at a moderate Disney Hotel.

I've looked at other Royal Plaza threads, but they are a little outdated. Some fresh info would be awesome.
