Royal Pacific: Transportation to Disney?

What is your best option for getting from the Royal Pacific to Downtown Disney or the parks and back? I will be traveling by myself, as my DH attends a conference at the Royal Pacific. I have days left on my Disney pass and would like to use them vs. buying new universal tickets.
