What is the best way to get there? Any shuttle?

Yes, there is a shuttle that will take you there and bring you back. It runs fairly regularly (i.e. every 15-30 minutes or so.) To get to the shuttle, you go down to the ground level like you are heading to the water taxi. But where you turn out toward the water (in front of where the Tchoup Chop restaurant used to be, keep walking down the pathway along the hotel building. When you get all the way to the end of the building, that is where the shuttle will pick you up and drop you off when you return.
