Royal Pacific Safe ?

Staying @ Royal Pacific for the first time and was wondering which safe deposit box do you regulars prefer, the one in the room or the one @ the front desk ? Do yall feel the front desk one is more "secure" ?? Thanks for any help........

I didn't even know there was one at the front desk. I never really bring anything along that can't be replaced, so the in-room safe is good enough for us.

speaking of room safes are they large enough to hold a laptop?
Don't mean to hijack the thread just wondered
BTW most major hotels have safes at the front desk.

I felt secure using the in-room safe. You have to program your own code for it and can change it over and over if you want (and can remember it!) As far as putting a laptop in? Maybe if you stood it up, just barely. I don't think the safe in the room is near deep enough otherwise.

Found the safe to be good easy to use but not that big etc for laptops or camcorders etc
