We will be staying for the first time at RPH from 7/18 until 7/20....we have a standard room reserved with 2 queen beds....is there any specific location I should request? Or can you even make such requests?

My boys are 13 & 8......thanks!!!

yes, you can request, just call about 3 days before your trip and they should be able to give you what you want. My boys are 17 and 15 and they always tell me to request the pool/park view from tower 3.

It's a great room/view. we have had the same view every year and love it.

On my signature below there is a photo from the 5th floor.

hope this helps:thumbsup2

The problem with Tower 3 is that if they don't upgrade you to a pool view room for free you will have wonderful view of I-4.

We prefer Tower 1 as even the least expensive standard view rooms overlook Islands of Adventure. As we also walk to the parks instead of the boats so you can take the stairs at the end of Tower 1 and shorten the walk to the parks.

We had room 1727 and had a wonderful view of Islands of Adventure. You could lie in bed and watch The Hulk! Rooms 1721, 1723, 1725, 1729 would all have the same view - as well as those rooms on the 6th floor and probably the 5th as well. I requested the room on my reservation.

I like Tower 1, but was considering Tower 3 this year, still a couple of months to decide. ASK for a High Floor as some of the lower floors can be hidden by the trees as some are quite high now.
