We visited RPR in March, club floor, no major problems but could not get internet access for our entire stay. tried each day with tech on the phone for 30 minutes or more. they never did figure it out. when we returned home i got a letter from customer service saying how sorry they were for our inconvenience and if we return to call and they would give an upgrade. we are returning in July for Harry Potter club floor room so no possible upgrade as we are five so i received an email yesterday that on my account is a complimentary cot, complimentary parking, complimentary internet. Thank you customer service.
We really wanted club room and when i called back in march to book there were two rooms left so that is why i did not book a less expensive room got the pay 3 get 2 free anyway. They really do care about returning customers
