Royal majesty makers?

I recently read about a magic kingdom show called royal majesty makers. Can't find much info about it but it sounds like something my 5 y.o. Would love. Anyone have firsthand details? Are kids picked to attend a ball or something? Thanks!

They're sorta like the Streetmosphere characters at DHS, doing some schtick out in a common area for passersby. This group shows up by the new Fantasyland castle walls at various times of day.

We had some fun with them giving my daughter and her friend "curtsey lessons" back in December 2012. A fun addition to Fantasyland!
