Hi there, so we just booked our cruise and I went to try and reserve items on the cruise planner and it appears to be down. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Did you mean the planner is down or items are not available?

The former would be strange. The latter is par for the course, and you'll have to keep coming back to see when things pop up. I'm not a big fan of this, but then I see that DCL has a more predictable release schedule and people obsess over getting Palo and Remy reservations so... I guess this is simply a different kind of annoying.

It was user error. All set now.
