Royal 5k- what time for breakfast adr?

Does anyone have experience with the Royal 5k timing and when to schedule a breakfast adr? My sister is going to be doing the 5k and since I am doing the Princess Half the next day we will be eating at either Akershus or Kona.

Does the 5k start right at 6:45 or are there corrals for that too?

Mass start based on estimated times.... Your schedule depends on your speed in a 5k, whether you are driving or riding a bus and time for clean up.
