Roy Disney vs Eisner

Does anyone know whether Roy Disney has sufficient ownership in the Disney companies to cause a major shake-up in the future of WDW? It seems a shame a compromise could not be reached between Mr Roy Disney and the current Eisner oriented board of directors. Who gets kicked out next- Mickie & Minnie?

My understanding is that Roy owns way too few shares to cause einser any trouble on his own and would need a gorundswell of suppport from other investors to have much chance of going head to head with eisner.

a couple of years ago I actually studied the financial pamphlet that Disney sent us because we owned a few shares of their stock. I wish I could give you exact #'s, but as I recall Roy and other members of the Disney family actually own millions of shares of Disney stock. However, the # of shares he owns repesented less than 2 % of the Company. At that time no one owner of stock controlled more than 2-3% of the total #.
