Hi,

this is the first time we've used DME as dad's not with us we're not renting a car. Can anyone tell me what routes the ME takes? I was wondering how many stops there will be before getting to POFQ? We're on a tight schedule to get to Wide World of Sports for the marathon expo and wondering if that's possible.

Thanks

There are no set routes or set order of drop offs, so it's impossible to say exactly how your trip will go. In general, any given DME bus will go to no more than four resorts, although it may go to fewer and I'm sure there are scattered instances of buses going to more than four resorts.

There are some common resort groupings, however, and you can get a sense of what a probable route might be. In a few stays at POFQ, we typically have made one or two stops--OKW and/or SSR--before going to POFQ. I would say that it is reasonably likely that your route would be similar.

For planning purposes, it would be best to assume that you will be at POFQ 90 minutes after you get off of the plane (if you use the DME luggage transfer service; closer to two hours if you don't). You then will need to account for time to check in and get from POFQ to WWOS. I would suggest taking a cab to WWOS. (Disney transport will route you by bus from POFQ to DHS, then on another bus from there to WWOS.) I would not count on being at WWOS sooner than about 2 1/2 hours after you deplane, although it's possible you could get there quicker.
