I know there is a standard tourist route, but it doesn't seem the most direct way to get to the RPR! Is it possible to turn from the 528 onto McCoy Road, pass the Florida Mall on to Sand Lake Road and then turn right into Universal Blvd and left into Hollywood Way? Has anyone done it this way? Thought it might save on time and traffic when we get there TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for any help!!

Debbie

Yes Debbie, take 528. When you get on Sand Lake, you can even stay straight and go past I-Drive and underneath I-4 and turn right onto Turkey Lake Rd. (7-11 store on the right).
Follow the big Universal signs, you'll take 2 more right turns into RPR.
We use Turkey Lake Rd. a lot cause it seems to be less traffic & fewer traffic signals.
Have a great time!

Thanks Jim,

Just checked back to see if we had any replies because we are getting ready to leave!!!

Take 528 Eastbound to I-4, take I-4 eastbound to Universal Blvd. go to the top of the ramp and make a left. Follow the signs. No traffic lights this way.

McCoy/Sand Lake will slow you down due thp the traffic lights and construction
