This isn't a question concerning a trip to WDW, but I know there are several in the DC metro area on here and maybe someone can help me.
I'm driving up to Baltimore from Richmond for a job interview on Thursday at 11:00. I know about the construction on I-95 from the Springfield Interchange through the Wilson Bridge, and about traffic in general on the Beltway.
The interview is near BWI airport. I was thinking about taking US 301 across the Potomac and through Waldorf up to Baltimore. I'll be leaving Richmond by around 7:30, probably be passing through that area of MD around 9 and 10.
How is the traffic along that stretch of US 301 at that time of the morning? Or should I chance it on I-95 at about the same time of day?
