Round and Round-Park to park

Our home resort is PRFQ. I'm trying to figure out the best way get to other parks while in a park. Any suggestions would be LOVELY and very much appreciated.

DHS to DTD?
MK- Epcot? Monorail still best for this?

We have a 740 am breakfast at Chef Mickey at the Contemporary going to try and get fast passes for TSM. How can I get to DHS quickest from the contempt?

DHS to DTD: Walk or take the boat to the swan or dolphin (I forget which one is first) and take the bus from there to DTD.

MK to Epcot: Monorail.

Contemporary to DHS: The fastest way would be a cab. The only way using Disney transportation is the bus.

No park to DTD buses....you can either boat, or walk, to the S/D and take their bus to DTD, or take the SSR bus from DHS and then walk from SSR over to DTD.

MK to Epcot.....monorail is best.

CR to DHS..you can take the bus to DHS from the CR, or you can monorail over to the TTC and take the bus to DHS from there. The bus from TTC is direct and doesn't stop at any resorts.
But, if you the fastest way possible, take a cab....that will be about 15 mins or so, using the buses will be about 30-40 mins.
