Is this ride jerky? Is it ok for all ages?

hard to answer in detail without giving away spoilers. It's not super jerky but there are moments where there are changes of directions and stuff ... so maybe at moments jerky but I would never call it "rough"

As for ages, my kids all enjoyed it - they are aged 11, 8, and 5. The 5 year old got a little scared at one point (again, hard to go into detail) just due to the situation you are in not b/c of too thrilling or anything.

Not sure if this helps, but this is the warning sign for the ride ... it does say riders should be in good health and free from back or neck problems
