OK I’m not on Twitter - how do I best send a PM about our displeasure regarding this morning?

Yeah but we are in a very busy stretch here normally with DVC December, and Pop, and Holidays.
I would imagine there will be "SOME KIND" of slowdown once January hits. Though it might be small it might help.
Swan or Dolphin could be really advantageous here...?
Unless they haven’t opened access to boarding groups until after 6, right? It seems like they should make it possible to sign up for a boarding group as soon as they’re letting people enter the park, rather than letting people in at 6 but then not having boarding passes available until closer to 7. (Times are an example- but it sounds like something similar to this was happening this morning at opening.)

Thanks, anyone know the guest services email for this type of thing?I’d email, I’m not on twitter either.
Today was a test of how to run an EMH morning.Yes. Today was the most frustrating day by far IMO.
It makes me wonder if they’ll move to a rolling release of VQ boarding positions every hour, so more people will have a chance to join a boarding group If they arrive later. I just keep thinking, more and more people are going to arrive earlier and earlier if it moves back to the early bird gets the worm like the past 3 days. Does Disney want these bigger and bigger crowds each day?
We went with YC, but only b/c the room we wanted at BWI wasn't available with the discount we were after. the discount that made our "throw money at it" approach more doable, that isSwan/Dolphin (or Boardwalk) is the way to go for a ROTR focused trip.
I’m going on an EMH day though! And am staying on site. I guess I’m confused - what’s the point of EMH if you can’t ride ROTR during it?Today was an EMH day so they pretty much had to hold opening BGs until after allowing non resort guests in. It gave non-resort guests and resort guests the same advantage. If they opened BGs as they were letting non-resort guests in, guests there for EMH would scoop up the early boarding times.
Tomorrow not being EMH should go back to first in line first served which would put the 5:30 guest ahead of the 6 one.

BGs 1-9 were in effect today for the first time and so far, no offsite guest has posted they were assigned one of these BGs.
Studios probably needed to test that BGs could be restricted to EMH guests while offsite guests were also vying for BGs and the system could handle that programming without crashing.
Of course, if offsite guests report they did join groups 1-9 then that blows this theory.

Probably because they programmed these BGs to use on EMH mornings for onsite guests.Anyone know why 1-9 wasn’t used the first few days and now it is?

As far as we could tell, it would have been difficult for an offsite guest to get an early boarding group. The groups were open for several minutes before they let any off site guest scan into the park.
Going during EMH two weeks from today, Ogas and Droid Depot ADRs have us locked into an EMH day unfortunately. Right now the posted hours are 9am regular opening with 8am EMH. If I get there at 6:30, should we be OK to get through security tap in and get a BG? Was hoping to do SDD and Aliens during EMH because we don’t have FP for either ride.
Wait, did I miss this posted somewhere? I thought they were already in and being held when the BG opened.
I was at the gates this morning as an off site. The groups were definitely open before we were let in. Less than five minutes but there definitely was a small gap
