ROTR... how long before they give out Replacement when stuck?

We have been sitting still in The ROTR que for 25 min. Will they eventually come around and offer a replacement boarding group? I have a dining reservation in an hour at Topolino so we should probably leave the park soon... but hate to miss out on ROTR.

I would explain your situation to a CM and ask them. There is no guarantee a replacement FP will be issued so it's best to ask and see if they can help you.

I’m stuck somewhere that I don’t see a CM, but I will venture out soon. Thanks.
