Hi all,
We are 2 months away from our 2nd Disney Cruise and our first MDAS. I’m curious about the rotational dining. Is one rotation better than the other? MDAS is the 1st full day (day 2) and then our ports are Key West, Castaway Cay and Nassau. Any recommendations on which one to request? We have a 4 year old boy who loves all things Disney & Marvel and we are in the first seating. We don’t plan on eating at Palo at the moment.
Thanks in advance’

The menu will be the same in all of the MDR that night. I haven't done a Marvel cruise, but have done 2 Star War cruises, they pretty much do the same for them. We were in Animator's for one cruise, Enchanted Garden for another on Star Wars night. They did not show any movie clips on the screens in AP, however they did have the words Star Wars on the screens, can't remember if they changed during dinner. I don't think they did. So that gave the restaurant a little extra SW decor. The other restaurants don't do any extra decorating. The servers in all the MDR were dressed in a SW outfit(all the same).

We have done 2 MDAS and were in Lumiere's on the first and AP on the second. All have same menus and the servers are in the Marvel uniform. AP had the Marvel logo projected on their screens, but no additional elements.

I know it will late for a 4 year old, but do not miss the nighttime deck show on Marvel day. It is spectacular.

Oh no, we won't miss it. I'm kinda happy it's early in the cruise so he shouldn't be too tired. But my kid is the one who closes down the Halloween & Christmas Parties and asks what's next as we are leaving. LOL

So, I think I'm going to request Rapunzel's Royal Table for the first night. It doesn't seem to make a difference for the other restaurants and I think it will be good to be nice and fresh for that one since it's also a show.

Does anyone here have experience with RRT on the first night of a MDAS cruise?
