rotating Downtown Disney 20%/30% restaurant discount in Jan.?

I remember from a podcast awhile back when Kevin was saying that there were a couple of restaurants at DD that offered a DVC discount, 30% off lunch (!) and 20% off dinner. I know he said they rotated who offered it, and I remember Portobello and Fulton's were participating. I thought there was one more.

Anyway, does anyone know if this is still happening? I checked DVCmember and don't find anything with that substantial of a discount. I will be leaving in a few days and it would be nice to take advantage of this when we are at DD.

There was no 30% discount in June nor in October when I was there. Sorry, but it was available some time ago.
