Rosen Centre Hotel Transportation

Hi there.... My DMIL and DSIL are going to Florida on Sunday, for the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) conference. They are staying at the Rosen Centre Hotel, and will have 3 days at Disney. DMIL just found out they will have to pay for the ride there ($30 round trip!!) and can't afford that for 2 people. She wasn't anticipating them to go on this trip, as DSIL was much younger than the others, and wasn't expected to make it! My question is: Has anyone stayed there and gotten other transpo? They don't want to have to rent a car... But what about a reputable cab company (would that be less?) or is there a bus stop nearby that goes to WDW? Thanks in advance!!
