I know that there is a pic in the Wishbook of the rose wand, but it's so tiny you can't see any detail. :confused3

Any DIS brides that has rose wands, were you happy with them? I'd love to see pics of the different types (ribbon colors, # of roses ... ) if anyone would like to share. :flower3:

Thanks ladies!

I saw one at my planning session and really liked it. I believe the options are one or 3 roses, any color and any color ribbon you want. I'm doing one for my niece/flower girl. Hers will be a light lavendar rose with silver ribbon and pixie dust!princess:

My flower girl carried a rose wand. She had yellow roses, and a red ribbon, so her flowers matched the maid of honors. It was really cute! Don't have any upload able pictures of it though!

i'd like to see pics as well, i have asked for some from disney floral but they havent been sent yet

I know Caryn used them for her sisters in her wedding. Look in her TR, I think there are some good pics there.

Do you think they can be used for bridesmaids?? I'm not having flower girls, and I thought they were really cute, and I was thinking of getting them instead of flowers. Do you think they're too small??

i'm using them for my bridesmaids they are both 30 and my 3rd bm is 12 they are all having them

I plan to use the 3 rose ones for my DSIS30 and my DD20, and the 1 rose one for my Flowergirl who will be 2. Although, I think she will probably be giving out pixie dust with it as samurai warrior--------WHACK! pixiedust:

Ah HA...I finally found the pic in Caryn's TR with Megan and Lindsay's wands. Just go here Post #186

That should give you a good idea as to their size. Hope that helps.

We used a single rose one for our flowergirl and it was perfect size, so I'm sure the 3 rose will be large enough for bridesmaids to carry. I don't have too many pictures yet, but in the corner of this one you can see my flowergirl carrying her wand and it was a pretty good size.

thanks lisa for posting my pic! i loved the rose wands and thought they were a nice (cheaper) alternative to a bridesmaid bouquet. i didn't want to spend the money on the bridesmaid bouquet that would just get thrown away...

That's a large part of the reason I'm going with the wands. Besides, they're just so dang cute and magical!

KellyJo,
Did DisneyFloral do your flowergirls wreath for her hair also? It's beautiful!

Here is my niece with the 3-rose wand.

Can these be done in silk flowers too do you know - I'm presuming so...

Is a 3 rose wand the most they go up to? I might look into this as they are significantly cheaper than getting 2 bouquets.

I really like the one above, but then perhaps with some "tails" floating down like in KellyJo's picture.

In fact, I'm going to copy those pictures over to my PJ if nobody minds so I don't lose them!

Ohh we can have them done in silk??? That's fabulous!! That's definatley what I'm doing!!!!! Does it cost more to get silk? What's the price, if you don't mind me asking! Thanks!
