camara381, how did you make that? It is adorable. My son is getting married next year on DCL and his daughter will be almost 2. We'd like to make her something like that.
Sorry I had not seen this sooner!!! the stick is a wooden dowel we purchased at Michael's, wrapped it in ribbon and used a tiny bit of glue from the glue gun to secure the ends. The blue ribbon does have a tiny bit of glue at each meeting point, and then we glued a pearl on top.
The mickey head is 3 styrefoam balls. The ears are attached with toothpicks and hot glue. Then we hot glued the flowers and mini pearls. The ribbons are wire edge ribbon and they are attached to the bottom of the mickey head with hot glue.
I love the rose wands, those of you who had them for your bridesmaids how many flowers did you have in them. I am debating between 3 of the same color and 4 (which would be two one color and two another color). I also wanted my flower girl to have just one rose in her wand...
I am up for suggestions!
Thanks girls
Toni~ Your wands are beautiful, I love all the ribbon you have added to them, much more than Disney did on mine.
I know you've already gotten some great shots from other brides, but I thought I would share mine too. I also did single rose and added some crystals to it. Mine was also $25 plus the cost of the crystals which I think were a $1 each, my wedding was also in 2008.

I had to share, my Bridesmaid made the wand for my flower girl who is 6, and my "flower baby" neice who will be 7 months will have the Mickey pomander to hold. Since the pictures are kind of large I made the clickable, so if you want to see them larger just click on them.
Does anyone know if Disney could create a Mickey Rose Wand and if so, how much? Those are very cute, but I would like them to have real flowers and I know I won't have time before the wedding to create them. Thank you.
