Hi! I have R&C reservations for 7:30 one evening in September. If we have dinner and are finished is their a place we can watch Illuminations from at the restaurant?

In 2006 we had reservations for 7:30 as well. As it turned out, we were just finished with our entrees when it was time for Illuminations. We were seated on the porch, so we had a perfect view right from our table. Our server brought our dessert after Illuminations was over. It was a perfect evening!

Others who weren't fortunate enough to be seated on the porch just came out and stood to watch. There is also a small area beside the restaurant, but that gets filled up early.

Agree with the post above. . .but know that they cannot guarantee you a seat outside, but you can request it. We love Rose and Crown's desserts! :thumbsup2

This is very helpful, as I'm trying to decide how we're going to view the Illuminations when we go.

We ate dinner on the porch at Rose and Crown a couple of years ago and timed it so we would be there for Illuminations. We enjoyed it, and had no complaints, but honestly there are better views of the show from other areas of the park. We left wondering what the hype was all about.

If you are lucky enough to have a patio table you stay there for Illuminations. If you are inside there is an area down in front of the patio that they take R & C guests to so they can watch the show. Your server will show you where to go.
