Do the Rose & Crown Fireworks reservations fill up quickly? Trying to figure out my order of booking for my ADR day tomorrow.

Do the Rose & Crown Fireworks reservations fill up quickly? Trying to figure out my order of booking for my ADR day tomorrow.

When we booked last week, they sold out 60+7 days by 10am Eastern time

I had them as my number 6 priority today and there were a few days left when I booked. The EEH night was gone, but I checked at least 5 other dates and 4 were available.
My priorities, in order, were Space Lounge, CRT, Ogas, Capture your moment MK, Chef Art Smith and then R&C Fireworks. Only one that wasn't exactly what I was looking for was Space Lounge. Fair number of Space Restaurant available though. Like someone advised, put your must dos first.

Did you have any issues getting Chef Art Smith? I heard there's not many spots. That's my #1 priority. I want that for 60+4, don't care if it's dinner or lunch. The R&C Fireworks will be for 60+2 which is a EEH night, but it's my BIL/SIL's #1 priority.

I wanted Chef on a Sunday (10+3) and only 2 evening reservations were available. There were plenty on other days and lunch times. My choices Sunday were either 5:45 or 8:10 pm
Sorry, the site is down again. I've tried several days, the restaurant page, the individual restaurant, incognito, etc and I get this message:
"We were unable to check for available tables at this time. A problem may have occurred while looking for availability. Please ensure if you have a valid resort reservation, it is linked to your My Disney Experience account and try again. " Once again, it is not recognizing me. It sees my +10 but keeps giving me an error message, even on the app. I can book before my vacation, but not my actual dates. It's still showing a day early also. This vacation should be a lot of fun since we rely so heavily on the app
