Rose & Crown and illuminations

What time should I make an ADR for if we want to watch illuminations from Rose & crown?

I heard around 7:15 to 7:30 if fireworks are at 9. But to get onto the Patio, you have to ask at the check in, there is no reserving nor guarantee that you will have a seat out on the patio to view the FW.

they also will no longer allow you to wait for a patio table.So unless there is one available for your party size when you get there , you will most likely be seated inside. But they do allow dinner guests inside to go out onto the patio once Illuminations starts
