Rose and Crown....Stew at dinner time?

We have an ADR for dinner here in December and my son really wants to have the Beef Stew thats offered on the lunch menu:

Beef Stew - flavored with Guinness stout served with mashed potatoes, and a cheddar cheese cracker $15.99

Has anyone had any luck ordering items from the lunch menu at dinner time?

I would like an answer to this question also...
I made ADR's at the Rose and Crown for dinner, only to realize that the Cottage Pie is not on the dinner menu. I'm not going to change it because I like the time slot of 5:30 PM. But I would really like to order the Cottage Pie! It is one of my absolute favs!

Oh shoot you're right verticalchaos! It was listed on the lunch menu at Deb's and I hadn't noticed but......that menu hasn't been updated since 06! Guess my poor son is outta luck!

So I broke the news to him and he said his next choice is the Shepherd's Pie. Anyone have a recent pic?

Sorry, no pics of the Cottage Pie, but I did have it last March. I lived in Scotland for 18 months and let me tell you it was superior!!!! By all means, ask if they still have a serving or two when you go.

My Fam is from Scotland and now I am excited!!!! I just wish Blood Pudding was Pop!!!! I will have to try the Cottage Pie
