Rosa Mexicano = Rosa MexicaNO

Is in Swan or Dolphin? I just made a reservation. We will be taking the boat.

It was OK. Will not rush to go back, but we did enjoy the cheese quesadillas!

We were there a couple of weeks ago. Didn't love it. Didn't hate it. The food and service was good. We just preferred Chuy's for our Mexican cravings. At a substantially lower price.
I didn’t know there was a Chuy’s in Orlando! Good for them. Their level of expansion is insane. I used to go to the original Chuy’s location in the 80’s/90’s back in the day here in Austin. It was a hole in the wall and I never imagined they would expand all over the country.

I tried out Rosa for the first time in June 2023. I was excited to have more Mexican options at Disney. I found it OK - but not overwhelming. Staff was exellent and friendly, decor was very nice, the drinks were very good, the salsa and chips were fresh. I had the Queso appetizer - it was a little on the bland side even with the chorizo, but not 'bad'. Chicken enchiladas were similar. Nothing was bad, all was fresh, and I still went home full - but it didn't stand out as a must-have.

I'd be willing to go again - at the moment I'd consider it a backup choice, and I leave open that it could have just been the dishes I chose weren't as exciting, or could have been an off night. I do still prefer Hacienda de San Angel's Mexican food.

The one we go to is on 192. It's essentially south of Animal Kingdom. Not a bad drive from WDW property. 7913 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747
There is a Chuy's on Semoran Blvd near the airport (I've been there and it was good) and I believe there is a Chuy's on I-Drive.
