ROR Why Can't I get a ILL?

This is my SIXTH day (over a few years) trying to get on this ride. Previously, there was the virtual queue system that required you to be in the park before the park opened, and we were never able to score a reservation to ride. I figured with iLL, this would change.

I'm staying at Bay Lake Tower, with my own DVC points. My MDE app says that I'm staying there. I've successfully purchased iLL's earlier this trip at 7am for other parks.

Today, I got up before 7, and opened the MDE app on my phone. I went to the tip board page and it said I could make a reservation at 7am. I closed the app. When my phone clicked over to 7am, I went to the tip board and it said "Individual Lightning Lane Not Currently Offered". I closed the app and tried again a dozen times over the next 15 minutes, and was never able to book it. I tried again several more times between 8am and 8:15 and then again between 9am and 9:15.

Is it possible that all the LL's were gone in under 30 seconds?

I know I can theoretically wait 2-3 hours in standby for this ride, but that's not going to happen. If I tried it, you'd see headlines like "Elderly guest rushed from ROR line by paramedics" and "Guest collapses, unable to walk, in ROR standby line after nearly 3 hour wait to get on ride"

Yes, they apparently go that fast. You want to have the app open at 7am and be selecting it. Lots of reports that the time will change from what you select too. Still not guaranteed but not being ready with app open at 7 am is a guarantee to not get it apparently. Otherwise rope drop or get in line just before park closing.

Try at 7:17am, several folks have reported it's easier to book then.

According to thrilldata today and 2 previous days have been tough. Isn't it Spring Break now?

It's March Break for the entire province of Ontario. With an April 17 Easter, it is going to be somebody's spring break every week for the next month.

Refresh refresh refresh. I got one around 8:40 am Sunday and had it pop up 7-8 times today but was too slow to click because I was not able to pin it to the top and had to waste time scrolling.

It's Friday so I am not sure if you are still there? Yesterday we went, got to the park at 7:30am and did the rope drop race. We stood in line for 90.minutes. it was actually enjoyable because the line moved fast so we were on the move. We were in a big weaving line outside of Muppet vision. However when we left GE at 5:30pm all the ropes were taken down from that area and it was just a typical line, probably just an hour's wait. Hindsight is 20 20 lol! So def go in the evening. Oh and the ride broke and we had to evacuate from the second floor, no word of a lie. It was freaky to be stuck up there alone. It took 15 minutes for a CM to come unlock our seatbelts. Crazy experience!!!!! We used the single line for the Millenium Falcon and walked on, no wait. Woot. Savi's workshop and Oga's cantena are a must do!
