Hi, we will be staying at ASSp and I wonder how we can rope drop Epcot through International Gateway?
I wonder if we could take Uber to Beach club and get off there and walk?
We stayed at POP, so we took Skyliner before and Pop is no longer available. :(

Thank you!

You could take a bus to DHS and then either walk, take Friendship boat or Skyliner to International Gateway.

An Uber is not allowed to drop off at a resort unless you are dining there. Please do not do as suggested above.
We might do DHS and then Epcot.
Or just go from the front entrance.

Thank you for suggesting!

Is there a restriction on Uber to Swan/Dolphin? If not, you could Uber there and walk out around the Boardwalk, then right to the International Gateway.

Ridshare to Disney EP hotel is not an option, you are supposed be turned away at the gate (and that will do very bad things to your Rideshare rating!)

Your options are
  • Minnie Van to BC (they can drop you anywhere, it's part of the premium you pay)
  • Uber to Swolphin
  • Bus to DHS, walk/boat/skyline to EP
I would arrive at IG an hour before EE if you're serious about attempting to RD Remy, they start staging people from IG inside EP before EE even starts.

If I was in a ride share that got turned away I’d probably just get out at the gate and walk, especially at the Contemporary. Not feasible if you have strollers or wheelchairs or children but for 1-2 adults it would probably work.

How long do you think the line up is usually for Remy at the Early entry?

The guards won’t let you do that. So many people were doing what you suggested it became a traffic issue & dangerous for everyone. Don’t put your ride share driver in that position. Resorts are not park drop off locations. Your ride share will be turned away & redirected to TTC or appropriate park drop off.

Getting out would just leave you standing at the gate being denied entry to the resort as it isn’t the car being denied, it’s the passenger 😂

Depends entirely when you arrive. Arrive at IG at EE and you’re probably looking at 45-60 mins but it all depends on crowds that day. And that is IF Remy is even running. It has a nasty habit of being closed every once in awhile at opening.

So I had no issues taking an Uber to Boardwalk in March - IMO you could be going to the boardwalk area for breakfast - YMMV but it worked for me I got an Uber from Universal Hotel to Boardwalk several days - I was a solo traveler so that might be easier than a family IDK - and worst case you can go over to swan dolphin
