I would choose an EMH day, hit PP then Tomorrowland for Space and then Buzz and maybe the race track if interested. Then scoot over the Adventure land (their rope dropped before ours and they got to Frontierland mountains before we did!).
When ropes drop, hit pirates first then head to splash and thunder.
Depending on her sense of adventure, hit Tom Sawyer Island next or scoot on over to Haunted Mansion. By then, head back to the resort. Or play Sorcerer's first.
Schedule your fast passes for the evening: mine train plus 2 more rides that float your boat. Maybe jungle cruise? If you book these on the early side of evening, you may be able to get additional FP.
These suggestions are based on our typical touring patterns. More may be accomplished as my kids used EMH to ride space several times. You can adjust to fit in parades as desired.
